Device Setup Issues Are Not Grounds for Refund

Refunds for Accidental Purchases

If you made a mistake during payment (e.g., selected a 1-year plan instead of 3 months), contact our support team on WhatsApp immediately. We will review your case and issue a refund if the request is valid.

7-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of subscription activation. After this period, no refunds will be granted, regardless of usage or circumstances.
